Mary Beth graduated from the Swedish Institute, NYC in 1994.
Her basis of training is in Esalen, which infuses her practice with the rhythms and flow of the ocean, with long fluid rhythmic strokes to encourage the body to relax before deeper therapy is applied. Long held tensions or acute pain are especially responsive to this approach. She integrates medical massage modalities and eastern and western techniques to create a unique experience for each person each time they visit. Standard draping applies, no nudity during the session.
She considers massage therapy a sacred expressive art.
